Job Functions Accounting
Industries Professional Services
•Present training to 1st, 2nd and 3rd year trainees
•Identification and co-ordinating of involvement of Co-presenters
•Develop and present training for Accounting needs in the market (Accounting Series)
•Managing a limited number of Audit Clients
•Providing technical support to L&D administrator when necessary
•Acting as mentor and coach to a number of trainees
•Perform quality review on audit engagements
•Perform quality review at firm level (ISQCI)
•Present soft skills training where necessary
•Co-ordination of external regulatory and PwC network quality reviews
•Facilitate the implementation of remedial action identified from quality reviews.
•Must be a Namibian Citizen
•Must be a Chartered Accountant
•A valid driver’s licence will be a distinct advantage
•Excellent communication skills
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to meet deadlines
•Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
•Attention to details.
