Specification
•Assist with Creditors Control functions, that include:
•Processing of tax invoices
•Monthly creditors reconciliations and remittance advices
•Processing credit card payments and statements
•Disbursing and processing of petty cash
•Prepare input VAT return
•Processing of payments
•Handle queries from creditors
•Preparing payments
•Any other ad-hoc administrative duties to assist the Finance Team in carrying out its duties.
Requirements
•A motivated Namibian Citizen
•Must have Grade 12 with Accounting as one of the subjects
•1 -2 years relevant work experience
•Able to work independently as well as work in a team environment
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Must be able to meet deadlines, perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks
•Competent in the use of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Word and Excel
