Specification
•Booking of boardrooms and arranging coffee/tea;
•Arranging travel and accommodation for the Staff and Partners;
•Filing and safe administration;
•Making copies, scanning, faxing and shredding;
•Delivering of documents to clients with pool car if necessary;
•Reception duties;
•Arrange meetings internal and external;
•Co-ordinate the partners diary, appointments and telephone calls;
•Provide administrative support to the Assurance team and Partners;
•Assist with any other related ad-hoc requests from Client Account Associate and Partner.
Requirements
•Must be a Namibian Citizen;
•Must have grade 12;
•A valid driver’s licence will be a distinct advantage;
•Excellent communication skills;
•Ability to work in a pressurised and stressful environment;
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
•Ability to meet deadlines;
•Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
