Specification
•Booking of boardrooms and arranging coffee/tea
•Arranging travel and accommodation for the Staff and Partners
•Filing and safe administration
•Making copies, scanning, faxing and shredding;
•Delivering of documents to clients with pool car if necessary
•Reception duties
•Arrange meetings internal and external
•Co-ordinate the partners diary, appointments and telephone calls
•Provide administrative support to the Assurance team and Partners
•Assist with any other related ad-hoc requests from Shared Assurance Service Centre Manager and Partner.
Requirements
•Must be a Namibian Citizen
•Must have grade 12
•A valid driver’s licence will be a distinct advantage
•Excellent communication skills
•Ability to work in a pressurised and stressful environment
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to meet deadlines
•Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
